Laura worked with us over a 7 month period to locate a home in Florida. Despite the long distance. (Ohio to Florida), Laura was always responsive to our questions. She communicated new properties as they came on the market and kept us up to date on market changes and trends. Once we decided on community, she toured with us and helped us secure a property at a competitive price. Even after the sale, Laura stayed in contact to make sure everything was going well with our new home.

Laura Frantz is the most professional agent I have ever worked with. She has a very astute observation to detail. Once she is told what you are looking for, she doesn't forget. She not only sees it as you see it but gives you prespective on ideas if you need. She makes you feel completely at home and is so trustworthy it would be hard to find faultwith her personally or professionally.* We have purchased an empty lot and a house from her and are looking with her again! No one is better!!

Laura is great for tele real estate or absentee owners. She helped me buy two houses without ever seeing the houses. She informed me of the delayed maintenance and and ballpark of what needed to be done on remodeling. I trusted her opinion on the properties, locations, and on repair guidance. She then got my repaired properties on the market ASAP and got me outstanding tenants. She now manages the properties. I have known Laura for 2 years and recommend her without reservation to either be a buyers or sellers real estate consultant. She knows southwest Florida, works fast and is efficient. But most of all she is a great saleswoman.
